Barrister Dr. (Mrs) Adaora Vivian Offor, wife of Sir Emeka Offor and Vice President of Emeka Offor Foundation, has been conferred with an honorary Doctor of Social Advocacy (Honoris Causa) degree at Nnamdi Azikiwe University, Awka.

The prestigious award was celebrated by Anambra’s First Lady, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, who hailed her sister as a “great woman who has invested great value in helping humanity.”

“Big congratulations to my beautiful sister… So proud of you. Congratulations!” Mrs. Soludo said in a statement.

The First Lady maintained that the honor is a well-deserved one, due to her numerous contributions to human capital development and acts of philanthropy to widows, the poor, and the needy.

She recalled how the Sir Emeka Offor Foundation donated tens of thousands of bags of rice to all the local governments in the state.

Mrs. Soludo wished her well for the future, urging her to continue doing good work for humanity, as they etch their names in the annals of Anambra’s history and Nigeria’s as a whole.
