Mrs. Soludo and Daughter Adaora Leads the Way in Saturday’s Workout Session

In a remarkable show of leadership and commitment to health and fitness, Mrs. Nonye Soludo, alongside her daughter Adaora Soludo, led a Saturday workout session.

The event saw an impressive turnout, with a representative of the youth bodies in Anambra State, led by their leaders, ASATU Youth, NYCN Anambra, Ohanaeze Youth Wing Anambra and APGA Youth. The NYSC Management Anambra State was also represented.

The workout, which lasted over an hour, was a blend of various aerobic exercises that left everyone feeling energized and joyful. The participants, including women and youths from across the state, demonstrated their commitment to a healthier lifestyle.

After the rigorous workout, all participants were treated to a refreshing hand wash with soap and water. They were then served a variety of fruits, including pineapples, watermelon, banana, cucumber, orange, apples, and garden egg.

In her post-workout speech, Mrs. Soludo emphasized the importance of physical fitness, a key component of the Healthy Living and Wellness Initiative.

She encouraged everyone to incorporate at least 30 minutes of physical activity into their daily routine, whether it be through exercise, stretching, dancing, or a brisk walk. She highlighted the benefits of regular physical activity, including increased productivity and overall health.

Also speaking, her daughter Adaora Soludo, also shared her excitement about participating in the workout session. She praised her mother for her consistency in maintaining a healthy lifestyle over the years and encouraged everyone to make exercise a part of their daily routine.

In closing, Mrs. Soludo reiterated her mission to promote a culture of exercise among the people of Anambra State. She emphasized that good health is the greatest form of wealth and that regular physical activity is the key to achieving it.
